We want every RC car and excavator to land right. Here's how returns, cancellations and refunds work.
14-day window
You can request a return up to 14 days from the date you placed your order.
Order must have arrived
Returns apply once your order has been shipped or collected. Changed your mind before then? Cancel it instead — free, from My Account, right up until it ships.
Good condition
Items should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Refund to payment or store credit
Once your return is approved, we refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit gift card — your choice, arranged with our team.
How to request a return
- 1Sign in and open My Account.
- 2Find the order under "My orders" and select Request return.
- 3Tell us why you're returning it — a courier pickup or drop-off point gets arranged from there.
- 4Our team reviews it within 1 working day and confirms your refund.
Cancelling instead
Order not shipped yet? You can cancel it yourself from My Account for a full refund — no need to wait for delivery. Once it's marked shipped or collected, cancellation turns into a return instead.
Faulty or damaged on arrival?
That's not a return, it's on us. Use Report a problem on the order instead of a standard return — we'll prioritise a replacement or refund and it doesn't count against the 14-day window the same way.
