Terms of service
By placing an order, booking a play-area session, or creating an account with RC In Cafe (Pvt) Ltd (Sri Lanka) or RC In Cafe UK Ltd (England & Wales), you agree to the following.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Prices, stock and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and can change without notice until then. You can cancel an unshipped order yourself from My Account for a full refund; once it's shipped or collected, our return policy applies instead.
Play-area bookings
Bookings reserve a session slot for the party size and duration you select. Please arrive on time — late arrival may shorten your session. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times while using the play area.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
Liability
Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for issues with an order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms as the store grows. Continuing to use RC In Cafe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
